Cincinnati v Nebraska Game Time Announced

The 2025 football season will kickoff Thursday August 28th with Cincinnati meeting Nebraska in a 9 pm kickoff at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

 
The game will be televised on ESPN. 

 
The Big 12 announced four Week 0 or Week 1 games on Tuesday, including the Bearcats' season-opening showcase at the home of the  Kansas City Chiefs. Prior to being moved, the game was originally scheduled to be played at Lucal Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts. 

 
The Bearcats will serve as the designated home team for the game. UC will still play seven home games inside Nippert Stadium in 2025, including welcoming five conference opponents: Arizona, BYU, Baylor, Iowa State and UCF.

 
This will mark the second meeting between Cincinnati and Nebraska. The Cornhuskers defeated the Bearcats, 41-0, on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 29, 1906.
